At Trendora we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted for used items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

  • your item arrived damaged
  • your item is defective
  • you received the wrong product

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.


Custom Orders

Because custom air fresheners are made specifically for each customer:

Please double-check spelling, images, and customization details before placing your order.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect

We do not offer exchanges for scent preference or change of mind.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will help file a claim with the carrier when possible.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
